Look, we all have our preferences when it comes to staying fit. Some of us are into running in forrestal village fitness schedule. Others might be more into gymnastics and bodyweight exercises. But one thing we can all agree on? Walking is super boring and easy. So we want to share with you 10 Things Only Die-Hard Fans Get About Fitness! 

1. Running is the New Cycling

Fitness experts aren’t known for being huge fans of running. But this past year, runners have been gaining more popularity. This is because running has more of a social element to it than cycling, which can be stiff and awkward. So you can join in on the fun without having to worry about making waves or sticking out like a sore thumb.

2. You MUST…    

a) Have a  Fitness Blog !

You need to create an online blog where you write about your fitness journey and make it easy for people to find you! 

b) Have a Fitness Instagram Account!

You can create a hashtag (#followback) or just make your Instagram profile name fit your brand and lifestyle. And get the most followers you can for your brand & fitness journey. 

3. You MUST…

a) Have an  Upcoming Fitness Convention!

You have to go to a fitness convention and then write about it on your blog, Instagram account and linked in profile. This will help you gain more exposure and get more people following you online. 

b) Have an Upcoming Fitness Book!

We’re not going to lie and say that this will be easy, but it is worth it. It is also a great way for you to make some extra money by sharing your story with others who want to be fit as well.

4. You MUST… 

a) Have a  -totally Cool Fitness Apparel !

You don’t have to buy a brand new wardrobe, but you do want to think about buying some fitness items that you can wear. This is because the fitness community will pick out some fitness apparel and praise them!

b) Have a -moodboard of your Favorite Fitness Fruits & Vegetables!

A Moodboard is a big piece of artwork or a collage that has photos or prints of different fruits and vegetables. You can use it as inspiration for when you have time to work out. Your mood board will definitely help you with staying active and feeling confident about exercise!

a) Have a  Fitness Tool ! 

There is a long list of different fitness tools to try to keep up with. But you can gain popularity and become a die-hard fan by owning one special fitness tool people are going to be talking about.    

b) Workout as Often as Possible! 

You have to workout as often as possible so that you can promote your brand online, which will help you get more followers and more money to buy more gear! 

6. You MUST…

a) Be in Shape for the Holidays!  

Whether it is Christmas, Thanksgiving, or even Halloween – you need to be in shape for any holiday that is coming up. This is because you want to be able to wear the best fitness outfits you can find/create!

b) Find New Exercise Apps!  

You need to find a new exercise app and use it for about a month or two. And then write about your experience on your blog or social media platform! You will definitely make a name for yourself from this, which will help you gain more followers in the long run.

a) Write About Your Favorite Fitness Expert! 

Whether it is Olympian Michael Phelps, or just an inspiring blogger like Jade Wooten – you have to write about your favorite fitness expert.

If you are looking for some inspiration, then you need to check out fitness blogger’s blogs and take a note of the style and substance they write about. For example, if they do videos or posts. You want to try and do the same thing!

It is super duper easy to workout with a friend or family member. All you have to do is set a date to workout and then grab your phone and track your workout!

This is one of the best ways to keep motivated, stay updated with the latest fitness trends, and find someone else who likes working out as much as you do.

Be in Shape for Any Super Bowl Party!  & Other Big Parties & Events!  You can’t be at your best if you aren’t working out regularly & getting active! So what better way than with a group of friends to workout during the week leading up to any big event.

10. You MUST…

a) Stay Active and Get Fit!  

You will always have an opinion on what you should be doing with your fitness routine. And that’s totally fine, but you will make a name for yourself when you put any advice into action.  Just do your thing and don’t get stressed out if people don’t follow every single one of your tips!

b) Create a Fitness Vision Board !  

A vision board is just a collage of different images that inspire you and help you stay positive when it comes to fitness!  Put them up in places where you can easily see them, such as above your computer or beside your bed.
