Don’t know what Planet Fitness is? Well, this post tells you everything you need to know! There are plenty of other benefits too like tracking your mood and getting fit in the sunshine! This has been one of my favorite blog posts ever because it’s so interesting and informative. So without further ado here it is!

Use:

The planet fitness time open makes it easy to keep in touch with your fitness goals via a weekly report that shows your workouts & mood! It also helps you connect with other Planet Fitness members by showing them nearby.

Mood:

It’s also a great place to get your mood boost on daily basis. You can see how your mood changes throughout the day by checking out the ‘Mood Report’. It also shows you how many steps you walked.

Tips:

You can ‘check-in’ by clicking on the camera icon (3rd from left) which will send you a text message or a push notification. You can ‘check-out’ by tapping on the little check mark (3rd from right). What I Like About It?

This is a great way to stay in touch with my fitness goals and mood. I enjoy being able to see how my mood changes throughout the day as well as being able to meet new people on a daily basis. This has actually made me feel more motivated overall, which is really great for keeping me on track.

Why Do I Like It?

I really like being able to check my mood and fitness goals on a weekly basis via this app. I also like being able to connect with other people as well, who are also trying to be fit and healthy every day. By looking at other people’s fitness pictures, it sometimes helps me stay motivated too.

What improvements could be made?

I would have liked to see more of the daily mood reports though, as well as seeing more of the ‘live’ features, such as when my gym location opens or closes etc.
