Lawyers, judges, and politicians all have secrets they don’t want you to know. The legal system is corrupt, biased in favor of the rich, and not even remotely impartial. This has been going on for years but now a recent series of scandals has finally blown the lid off this dark world. There are dozens of cases showing how lawyers can win cases for their clients without ever actually arguing a case before a judge or jury.

As if that wasn’t bad enough some lawyers are also manipulating judicial elections which can lead to big problems down the line. Military action that defies international law is sometimes justified because of these same problems with international law. The ultimate goal of international law is to make the world a better place and this needs to come before any other concerns. Trying to dictate how we should live is inherently wrong and should be purged from society. This article is just another example of corrupt politicians and the ruling class using the legal system to their advantage. 

When public officials are breaking laws there is no way they are going to go on trial because they would lose in a court of law anyway, so they just have to take their chances with the courts being used as a tool for oppression instead of justice. It’s not fair but sometimes it’s necessary.

1. The World Court has a built in bias.

The world court is an international court that oversees disputes between countries. The whole idea of an international court sounds great at first but it’s often anything but. Critics have claimed the court is set up to be inherently biased and a way to undermine national sovereignty. 

The World Court can’t rule on cases without first being asked to, so that gives it very little power or control over any given country. Many people don’t really have faith in the World Court in the first place due to the fact that no one really knows how many cases they actually rule on which makes it seem more like a political body than a legal one.

2. The United Nations is a thuggish force.

Unlike other international councils the United Nations actually has some power over the various countries that are members and this is both good and bad. One of the big issues with the UN is that it’s a really corrupt organization, full of criminals and political criminals alike. Almost everyone on the UN Security Council is a member of one of five countries: China, France, Russia, United Kingdom and the United States so anything they do can easily be backed by these powerful countries that hold veto power. 

Because the UN has so much power they’ve been able to use it to their advantage, passing harsh laws which are passed down from country to country making them very hard to repeal. One of these laws is the International Criminal Court which is a court run by the UN. The ICC has a lot of power and it can even overrule national courts. This makes them very dangerous because they are able to decide who should be punished by giving themselves more power and control over us.

3. Judges can fix their own elections.

Some judges in America have been accused of rigging elections before, but this has never been proven against them until now. Apparently some judges are actually inserting themselves into the election process and forcing their supporters to win the vote according to an NBC report. Seems like judges are a lot like politicians when it comes to rigging elections. Judges shouldn’t be able to decide who wins their own elections so this is a serious problem that needs to be properly reformed.

4. The legal system is corrupt.

The legal system has been corrupted for decades if not longer but recently this has become more apparent with the rise of things like money laundering, politicized verdicts and unjustified arrests. The problem here is corruption on many different levels. It’s not just legally corrupt but morally as well which makes it hard to tell who is right and wrong anymore in some cases because the lines have become so blurred that we don’t even know where they stand anymore.

5. Legal loopholes may have just done more damage than good.

Regulations can be good when used properly but sometimes certain laws are so overreaching that they are better off being thrown out. Critics of the law say it has cut off numerous streams of funding to terrorist groups, but this is where their arguments fall apart. Because of these laws it’s actually impossible to determine how much money has been funneled and how much has been used for good instead of bad. Legal loopholes have allowed complex schemes to go on for too long, making all the wrong people feel like they’ve been punished when none of them were really guilty in the first place.
